Hello, Just want to thank you for an excellent service. The transport from airport to hotel and the return were excellent. The timings were spot on and the car was immaculate. Our driver (who's name I can't pronounce) was so friendly and gave us plenty of information and showed us an in car dvd of Prague on the journey to the hotel which gave us even more info on what we should see and do. The free tour on which we took part was also excellent The young lady guide was very knowledgeable and made the walking tour a pleasure.We would certainly recommend your service to anyone. I would like to thank you for the excellent service offered by your company. Arriving on 25th March your driver was waiting directing in front of the arrivals gate with a welcoming smile and a handshake, we felt at ease immediately. A short walk to the cab, he put on a video for us to watch on our journey to the Amytest hotel... approx 30 minute drive. The driver was continually pointing out landmarks and spoke excellent English.... was happy, jolly and evening cracking jokes about the terrible Prague rush-hour traffic !! Dear Sir, Arrived safely back home to the UK after a fantastic time in the Czech Republic. I wish to express a special thanks to Peter our driver who was waiting for us at the airport and then had the long drive to Vrchlabi in the Krkonose mountains, as the hotel is not accessible during the winter months due to snow he had to take us to a "Bus stop", located at the foot of the mountain where we were collected by the hotels snowmobile. Dear Sir, Having just returned from our honeymoon in Prauge we would like to thank you company for your superb service in collecting and returning me and my wife from the airport. Arriving off a delayed flight from Amsterdam we were concerned that we may not be met. The driver was waiting for us which was a biug relief and during the transfer to our hotel he showed us some of the sites in the city. For the return to the airport the driver arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early and explained that due to the traffic he was allowing extra journey time. An excellent service and compared to the price other people we talked to had paid was great value. Having just returned from our 4 day visit to Prague, we wish to commend your driver No. 20 who picked us up at the airport and returned us yesterday. We wish to commend him for his helpfulness and interesting information. We will be happy to visit Prague again it is very beautiful. However we did not think the Dinner river cruise was good value for money (Yes, we are aware that dinner cruise is a bit pricey, we will try to negotiate better deal with our supplier. Just had to say thankyou for the excellent service we recieved from your company. We arrived at Prague airport on Sunday 2Dec 2007 and as promised there was the taxi driver waiting for us, we were whisked off to our hotel and where having coffee within an hour of arrival. For our return the driver arrived exactly on time and got us to the airport for our flight home. I cannot praise the service highly enough, thankyou so much for adding to our wonderful trip to Prague. I would definatly recommend people to use your service. Hi, We would just like to thank you very much for your excellent transfer service which we used while visiting Prague last weekend. Both drivers were on time, in fact the driver taking us on the return journey to the airport was early. Although the first driver didn't speak much English (Next month all our drivers will have to pass English test in order to work for us. Thanks for all comments helping us improve our service.) he drove very well at a busy time of the day. The second driver was very chatty and it was a pleasure to meet him. This is just a quick email to say a big thank you for the excellent service which you provided on my recent stay in Prague. I travelled to your wonderful city with my friend for a weekend break and being picked up at the airport and transported back at the end of our stay was a great weight off our minds. Although your driver didn't appear to speak much English he was polite, courteous and helpful and got us to the airport in plenty of time for our return flights. I would recommend your company to any of my other friends or colleagues travelling to Prague and when (not if) I return to Prague with my boyfriend then I'll book my transfers with you again.
